Yesterday went to dinner with my family again. Service and kitchen top as always. Eating to the point. In addition to a great, not too big, normal menu, the kitchen always surprises with an interesting and varied menu of the day. We decided on the "bison bratwurst". INGENIOUS !!! Something that you certainly don't get offered that often in a restaurant. It is surprising that this meat also comes from a farmer in the region. You don't expect bison in the Westerwald. The price-performance ratio is right and for us it is one of the best restaurants in the area. Heard that there will soon be more focus on regional cuisine. Another reason to eat there.

Very nice staff, excellent food with greetings from the kitchen. Then the staff went around with a dessert tray, where you could choose a nicely prepared dessert for less than 3 euros. Highly recommended. If we are in Montabaur again, we would come back!

An excellent restaurant. It always tastes wonderful here. Great service and the restaurant is modern, but looks cozy. The selection of the menu changes regularly and new delicacies are always added. We love coming to eat with the family. The way the desserts are presented is great. You can see what is great that day and can choose a dessert! We hope to continue to enjoy nice evenings here!

There were four of us yesterday (26.07.2020) and it all tasted very good. Very fresh food, fast and attentive service, delicious home-made sauces. We would love to come back!

I would love to give 5 stars, because some points really inspire. For example, the steaks are absolutely perfect; the kitchen understands its craft in this regard. The ambience is friendly, the service attentive. Unfortunately there are a few criticisms. For one thing, the "pan vegetable" was just soulless frozen food. And this at a time of year when the markets are overflowing with fresh seasonal vegetables. On the other hand, something "spoke" to both of us until the next day. The salad dressings are probably not for sensitive stomachs.

I regularly work in Montabaur and I always like to come to the Stoffels court kitchen. Is it friendly service and varied cuisine. I especially like the wines.

Good traditional and traditional cuisine in a modern environment. In addition, there are still action dishes or extra cards that differ from the traditional menus. There is something for everyone. In addition, my husband found it very interesting that there are 8 different beers on tap! The service staff are nice and accommodating. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the Saturday evening and will sure to come back ...

I was there with friends last night for dinner. My grill plate "Schusterpfanne" was delicious, the meat and vegetables were cooked perfectly. The service staff was very friendly and I was well advised in the wine selection. All in all, a very nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, which is definitely a recommendation in the small town of Montabaur.

I've been to the court kitchen a few times and also in the hall at events and have NEVER had any bad experiences. The food is really good and above all fresh and there is something for everyone. The staff is always friendly. Kudos to the Stoffels family & the team!

Nice ambience, apart from the plastic chairs. The food was delicious, the fish cooked perfectly. The portion are generous and the salad was very well presented and no 0815 salad plate therefore a nice change to the usual salad. Service very friendly and courteous.
